Mr. Malin, Rees, Lees, Roberts and McPheat on the stage packing parcels for victims of the Hungarian Revolution which took place in November of 1956. This information was provided by Roger Worrod. Mr.Cook, who could not remember the school's gift, emigrated to Canada in 1957 where a family of Hungarian refugees became his good friends, a relationship that has lasted. |
