The frontispiece Mr.Seaborne refer to is a photograph
of his featuring bowls turned on the handicraft room lathe by M.J.Cotton
and B.R.Daniells. Unsaid is the fact that one of the bowls was made by
Seaborne.

1957 was a period of great emigration to Canada.
