Prompted by a news item placing the birth of the Bablake Weather Station at 1977 I viewed again a film made in 1952 and given to me by John Lawrence just before he died. Efforts were made to provide it with a story line with some blackboard titles which I have not included.
I transferred it to a VHS and digitally photographed some frames which I have inserted into the website at Bablake The 1952 film. The images are, like my memory, indistinct but clear enough I think to send them out where they may stir some of your memories.The sixth form "comedy" is mine not John's.
